Home-Made Carl's Jr. Hand Scooped Malt's

Why pay almost $5 for a malt when you can do make them at home for less than $1 each (probably less if you buy the ice cream in the gallon tubs)
Get out your magic bullet or blender. Add about 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 cup of whole milk (more or less depending on how thick you like them)Add in 4-5 tablespoons of Ovaltine Malt mix. Top with a scoop of Cool Whip and you are done! Tastes just like an old fashioned malt! My son loves these! He can't get enough.

I'm only writing this because I feel that it could help another person who is in the situation I once was. Sometimes it takes hearing others stories in order to realize what you are going through is domestic violence. Im here to tell you, there is hope and there is a way out. I know there are so many women going through this exact same situation. You want to leave but you feel trapped, you have kids, you have no resources and the abuser controls everything. Im going to tell you the signs of that you or someone you love is going through domestic violence and how to plan a way out if you are.
